SPA GUIDELINES
Guests are asked to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session to allow for adequate check in time. Per state requirements, each guest will then complete an intake form prior to their service(s). Our men's and women's changing areas include private lockers, showers, sauna, and aromatic steam room, which guests are welcome to use during their spa experience. Out of respect to our other clients and staff, late arrivals may result in a shortened experience however will be charged for the entirety of the service held.
For your spa treatments, a robe and spa shoes will be provided. If you require any additional accommodations, please let our spa team know prior to your arrival. Please note that while pets are allowed at the hotel, they are not allowed within the spa.
To maintain a restorative and relaxing spa experience, we ask that the use of electronic devices is limited to our front reception area only. Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited while in the spa.
Reservations are strongly encouraged to ensure that your requested services may be accommodated, however we will do our best to accept same day services. All reservations must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. When scheduling, please let our team know if you are experiencing any health concerns or are pregnant as some services may have contraindications.
Cancellations must be made no later than 24hrs prior to the scheduled start time of the first treatment. If cancellation is not provided with this requested notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the card on file. For no-show appointments, the full treatment amount will be charged. Due to limited availability, we ask that any changes or modifications of your appointment be done with as much advanced notice as possible.
The minimum age requirement to use the spa and facilities is 17 years or older.
To facilitate a seamless checkout experience, a 20% service charge will be applied to each service received. This amount will be given in full to the providers and support staff who assisted you with your visit. If you wish to provide any additional gratuity, our front desk team will be happy to assist you.
